At the local Roche Bros. supermarket, the deli person is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There's also a produce guy that must have a degree in Root Vegetables. That store has my loyalty because of these professionals. They have helped with advice on food storage, preparation, and substitutes when they're out of what I need. I could never get that at the competitor down the street. You can see this kind of professionalism in the US, but don’t count on it.
