Joyce, love the blog! I think that the continuing dialog between service provider and service customer is critical. All too often, we go off and build things and hope that clients will come. It has become critical to engage in dialog--and this is a great step. If Kronos really wants to innovate, and they are well positioned to be an innovate leader, capturing the pulse of the community will be critical. Be sure to keep it real--let your personality shine through!
