		<description>I&#039;ve considered it a fair trade off that I&#039;d work after &quot;core hours&quot; in exchange for the flexibility to work at home at times.  I can take care of &quot;life issues&quot;, (car, home, kids, etc) during regular work hours.  The unwritten agreement is that I&#039;d still get my work done and it usually means getting online at night or on the weekends.

I never let work get in the way of major life events and set expectations with my team accordingly.</description>
