The speaker Marcus Buckingham was definitely a high point. His "strengths" focused approach really made sense, and he backed up everything he said with facts and data. Choosing Marcus Buckingham to speak is an example of why Kronos is the leader in this field. This question really hit home as one we need to focus on as managers for our people: "At work do you have an opportunity to do what you do best everyday?" As for the impact the conference had on customers, I was an eavesdropper on a shuttle back to the airport yesterday full of giddy customers. "I feel so pampered," was the comment of one endorsed by all the others. It was a bus load of "Raving Fans."
