		<description>What I find interesting is that all of these retailers talk about how important their people are.  All the web sites talk about generous benefits.  However, it seems like much of it falls apart once you get to the store level. I&#039;m guessing that the &quot;home office&quot; employees are all set in terms of benefits.  When it comes to the hourly store level employee it seems to fall apart for many retailers.

I&#039;d love to learn more and I hope other readers respond!
